Objectives

The company’s objective is:

1. to exploit companies in the field of agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and fisheries;

2. to trade products of agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and fisheries, including the exercise of the import, export and transit trade;

3. to process products of agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and fisheries and, in general, do all that pertains to the above in the widest sense of the word, insofar as is legally permitted;

4. to import and export agricultural products and all related products and by-products;

5. to import agricultural machines, artificial fertilizer substances, insecticides, wrapping materials and all related products and by-products;

6. to act as agent, representative and in any capacity for third parties with regard to actions and transactions relating to the above objectives;

7. to carry out all that belongs to the above objectives in the widest sense of the word, is related or conducive thereto, including participating in and managing other companies with the same or a similar objective, insofar as is legally permitted.
